I have worked in the Finance sector for 17 years, in a variety of regional management roles across Compliance, Learning & Development and Leadership Coaching.

I was most recently at The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in Hong Kong and London, and previously at Macquarie Bank, Morgan Stanley and the London Stock Exchange.
